About this event
Get cozy in the kitchen for an unforgettable date/friend night centered on classic French techniques. You’ll practice searing scallops and building a browned butter caper sauce, then learn how to create silky pommes purée and roast asparagus finished with thyme vinaigrette and prosciutto crisps. To end on a sweet note, our instructor will guide you through whipping eggs and making caramel for a chocolate soufflé topped with salted caramel sauce—an elegant dessert worthy of celebration. Come cook with friends and enjoy a delicious meal at the end.
