AVAILABILITY
To determine if an accommodation type is available, expand the specific accommodation type, under Activities/Items, to see the capacity and available slots. If the accommodation is “Filled” you can request to be put on a waiting list.
WAITLIST
If an accommodation type is filled, email the Trip Coordinator to be put on a waitlist. The Trip Coordinator will inform you when a space is available. In some instances, the Trip Coordinator can add additional space if enough members are interested. If you are a non-member, please use the page to make an inquiry.
I WANT MY OWN ROOM
Select the “Bedroom with Bathroom” AND “Bedroom with Bathroom (Single Supplement). When prompted for your roommate, just enter “SINGLE”. You need to select TWO items.
I NEED A ROOMATE
If you don’t have a room identified at the time of registration, you can enter “TBD” in the roommate field with the understanding that you are responsible to identify a roommate TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the Cancellation Date.
During the event registration process, you will need to answer ALL the registration questions, which cannot be updated later, including:
- Emergency Contact Information
- Flying Information (I.e., legal name, birthdate)
- Know Traveler Number (e.g., TSA PRE)
- Frequent Flyer Number (United Airlines)
- Allergies
- Roommate

The member agrees to the following during the trip:
1) Observe common courtesy and generally accepted standards of social and moral behavior.
2) Refrain from smoking indoors.
3) Refrain from use of illegal drugs.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event a member needs to cancel a trip they have paid for:
PRIOR to the Cancellation Date: The member will receive a full refund less any processing fees (e.g., credit card transaction fees).
AFTER the Cancellation Date: The member is responsible for finding a replacement member for their slot who is acceptable to their roommate, where applicable. The club will work with the member to find someone to replace them; however, the ultimate responsibility falls to the member cancelling to, NOT to the Trip Coordinator. The member will NOT receive their full payment back and the ultimate refund will depend on finding another member or members to utilize the space less, any fees associated with the cancellation (e.g., airline change fees – approximately $150), AND assuming the airline will allow the change.
All refunds to a member for a trip cancellation after the Cancellation Date must be approved by the Long Beach Ski Club’s Board AFTER the trip, based on the financial impact on the club.
