The Long Beach Ski Club plans at least one trip a year that is out of state and will on occasion plans an international trip. The club’s trips typically include air fare, ground transportation, lodging, happy hours, other events and excursions. The expectation is members will have an IKON pass and as such trips do NOT typically include lift tickets. In the event the club selects a non-IKON pass resort, an option will be offered to members to purchase lift tickets as part of the trip.

The club utilizes both condo and hotel accommodations for these trips. The pricing is per person based on double occupancy; however, members are offered the opportunity to have a bedroom to themselves for an additional charge. In selecting the location of the accommodations, the trip coordinator works to strike a balance between access to the mountain resort, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

For 2025, we are planning to go February 14-28, 2025 to Niseko, Japan, with per person price of $6,600 includes air, ground transportation and lodging for 13 nights, 3 nights in Tokyo, 7 nights in Niseko, and 3 nights in Kyoto.  Niseko is on the IKON Base Pass.
